Data Types

With experience analyzing data in various formats, we can analyze Excel/CSV files as well as text, PDFs, or other image files.  We also have expertise in Stata, SQL, Microsoft Access databases, including the popular Kronos payroll management system, and other statistical languages.  Berger Consulting Group’s analysts are experts in creating efficiency by automating manual processes using programming, scripts, and macros.

Data Transformation and Integration

In order to most efficiently provide meaningful analysis, Berger Consulting Group’s analysts frequently use various tools such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR).  We also have in depth experience integrating tools to solve complex problems.  For example, we have integrated satellite data from Google Maps with Excel to model total mileage driven by delivery employees.
